Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Data Center programs and serve as lead relationship manager for strategic alliance clients. You will direct project execution across multiple sites, manage budgets and risk, and mentor a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service.

This role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, contracting, and stakeholder management skills, with travel as needed to support projects and business growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple ground-up development and renewal projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and executive-level communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation from pre-construction to delivery across multiple sites.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and client reports.
• Negotiate contracts and supervise consultants, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Provide on-site supervision to meet performance criteria and mitigate risks.
• Lead capital improvement programs and asset preservation with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop project team members in firm procedures and practices.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities.
