We seek candidates with operational experience in Data Centers, strong presentation skills, and financial acumen. The position offers a competitive salary range of $153,600 to $168,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Previous operational experience in a Data Center environment is mandatory.
• Integrated Facilities Management knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize client needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of comprehensive outsourcing solutions for prospective Data Center clients.
• Manage critical deliverables including integrated solution design and financial pricing models.
• Serve as liaison between sales teams and service line leaders.
