Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Data Center Account Director to own the strategic client relationship and growth plan for a premier data center client. The role requires deep data center infrastructure expertise and the ability to drive customized solutions through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across regions.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with 10+ years in facilities management/engineering in real estate; data center or critical environments preferred.
• Experience in managing portfolios of critical environments.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and retain large client-service teams; outsourced experience preferred.
• Established relationships with executive decision makers.
• Willingness to work across cultures and time zones in a global business.
• Managed budgets in the multi-million range.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a global data center client, engaging executives.
• Understand client roadmaps, cloud strategies, and infrastructure needs to position solutions.
• Discuss power, cooling, compliance, and sustainability in data centers at a technical level.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Navigate a matrixed environment to ensure local relevance while driving global performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
