Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Data Center Account Director to own the strategic relationship and growth plan for a key data center client. The role requires deep data center infrastructure expertise and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while delivering customized solutions.

The candidate will anticipate client needs across regions, drive performance on KPIs, and collaborate with regional operations to ensure delivery excellence and uptime.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities management or engineering experience in real estate, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to hire, train and retain large client-service teams.
• Experience managing budgets in the multi-millions with global scope.
• Successful track record with executive decision-makers across regions.
• Ability to navigate cross-cultural, multi-time zone environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive sponsor for a global data center client.
• Understand client roadmaps to position advanced data center solutions.
• Engage on power, cooling, compliance and sustainability discussions.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to growth and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
