Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Data 360 Senior Technical Architect in its CSG Professional Services for the Data Excellence team. The role blends customer-facing technical leadership with internal enablement, documenting architectures, and building reusable assets.

You will advise on optimal use cases, implement patterns, and contribute to product enhancements through Voice of the Customer feedback. Travel is <10%.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Data 360 with customers across enterprise scale.
• Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification required.
• Strong data management, ETL/ELT, and governance knowledge.
• CDP and data warehouse experience preferred (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server).
• Ability to influence, present architectural roadmaps and executive requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-related data integration concepts and grounding Agentforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Salesforce Data 360 to internal teams and customers.
• Escalate and diagnose complex Data 360 project challenges; guide solutions.
• Define technical designs with customers and account teams; articulate business value.
• Lead mentorship and enablement; create reusable assets and reference architectures.
• Stay current with product roadmap and data platform landscape; continuous learning.
• Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product & Engineering.
• Collaborate with GTM during pre-sales for technical validation and scope.
• Manage 2–3 parallel engagements with 50% utilization target.
