Aflac, Incorporated is seeking a senior leader with extensive experience in Group Insurance, CRM product management, and sales enablement to guide critical strategic initiatives across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in management, strong executive communication skills, and a proven ability to foster partnerships that drive customer engagement and governance. Travel is expected up to 10%.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in a management role and directing strategic planning initiatives.
• Experience in CRM product management, sales enablement, or revenue operations.
