Job summary

Aflac Columbus is seeking a Director of CRM & Sales Enablement to lead customer relationship management initiatives and drive sales enablement across the organization. The role emphasizes executive engagement, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance broker and customer experiences.

The position requires deep insurance knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex programs within a hybrid/remote work design across the continental US.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to executive leadership, governance committees, and boards.
• Strong working knowledge of product portfolio, systems, and processes in group insurance.
• Experience with customer experience transformation and engagement capabilities.
• Deep understanding of B2B2C distribution, underwriting, and insurance lifecycle.
• Regulatory knowledge related to insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and broker engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and innovation.
• Develop governance and prioritization practices with cross-functional partners.
• Lead continuous improvement of sales enablement processes and tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Technology to meet business needs.
