Job summary

Aflac Columbus is seeking a seasoned Account Management/Implementation professional for the Individual Benefits Operations division in Columbus, GA. This role supports selected accounts with post-sale enrollment, billing, and service solutions while driving renewal strategies.

The position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement within the continental US, with travel up to 10% and a base salary range of $80,000 to $115,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of job-related experience.
• 2+ years in client/account management or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive implementation and relationships for assigned accounts.
• Provide account stewardship reporting and post-enrollment debriefing.
• Develop service plans to improve enrollment and billing processes.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely service delivery.
• Analyze and report on account activity and trends.
• Collaborate with integration teams for technology-enabled enrollment.
