Job summary

Intermedia Group Inc. is seeking a Director, Creator Growth to lead the ongoing expansion of high-performing creators on our Brand Partnerships Platform. You will identify, recruit, and nurture performance-driven creators who drive affiliate sales and real commerce.

This hands-on leader will build the strategy, playbook and team to scale creator acquisition, manage relationships with creators and brands, and optimize monetization, with a preference for in-office 2 days/week in NYC or LA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline.
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators.
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models.
• Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including conferences, events and meetups.

• Develop compelling offers to win creators’ business and monetize their content.
