Smooth Media in New York City is hiring a Creator Manager for in-office work Monday through Thursday. You will manage a roster of creators, help grow their businesses, and identify opportunities across channels and live events.

The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Brand Partnerships on campaigns. It combines creator recruitment, relationship management, campaign support, external communication, and deal pitching to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building creator partnerships and onboarding creators.
• Strong writing and communication abilities for external outreach.
• Proven track record in campaign support and deal pitching.
