The role blends sales leadership with data-driven creator strategy, focusing on identifying, partnering with, and enabling creators to maximize affiliate revenue and product sales. Strong communication and relationship-building required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or a closely related field.
• Proven sales and business development experience, including closing partnerships and building pipelines.
• Direct experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators.
• Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models.
• Demonstrated experience onboarding creators into affiliate programs and helping them monetize their content.
• Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem, including relevant conferences, events, communities, and networking opportunities.
• Proven ability to build and manage acquisition pipelines, including sourcing, outreach, engagement, and conversion tracking.
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators and internal leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing creators across monetization platforms.
• Identify creators who generate measurable affiliate revenue and product sales; build partnerships to maximize earnings.
• Initially work hands-on sourcing and recruiting while building strategy, infrastructure, processes, and team to scale creator growth.
• Understand creator economy, affiliate marketing, social commerce, and monetization models; build scalable acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams; analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
