This role blends hands-on leadership with senior client management, overseeing Account Leads and Associates, setting program strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple high-value relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creator marketing, community operations, influencer programs, brand partnerships, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record building and leading ambassador programs or large-scale gifting programs.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, budgets, and enterprise brands.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale creator communities, ambassador and gifting programs across brand partners.
• Lead client strategy and partnerships with senior decision-makers across a portfolio of accounts.
• Directly supervise Account Leads and Associates, ensuring high-quality delivery and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, engineering) to improve programs and AI systems.
• Set monthly KPIs and performance metrics for program success.
• Provide data-driven insights to expand client engagements and investments in creator programs.
