Job summary

Agentio is hiring a Head of Creator Growth in New York to own the growth engine for creators and supply. You’ll scale onboarding, activation, and monetization across paid and organic channels, driving a high-velocity marketplace that connects brands with top creators.

You will work closely with leadership to build scalable growth loops, gamification, and data-driven activation, while owning a strong P&L and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth loops for marketplaces with individual suppliers (creators, gig workers, sellers).
• Proven track record designing referral/incentive mechanisms with real economic impact.
• Strong GM mindset: set strategy with measurable targets and own the gaps.
• Experience operating at the intersection of product, data and execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product to prioritize acquisition loops and onboarding scale.
• Scale acquisition beyond relationship-based, maintaining marketplace quality.
• Build paid and organic programs to drive creator onboarding and monetization.
• Own self-serve creator journey from first contact to earnings and maximize engagement.
• Develop full-funnel visibility to monitor funnel performance and leakage.
