The role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership, building a scalable acquisition engine and collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics to drive revenue and sponsor opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce.
• Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline.
• Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce-driven creators.
• Deep understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking.
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit performance-driven creators.
• Build compelling offers to win their business and grow the pipeline.
• Develop strategy, playbook, and team to scale a high-performing creator acquisition engine.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive outcomes.
• Lead hands-on recruiting initially, then scale with structure and processes.
