Job summary

Agentio in New York seeks a founding Head of Creator Media to own every dollar spent with creators and across creator media. You will oversee budgets for sponsored partnerships, creator-led ads, and traditional channels, guiding tests and reporting results in a unified measurement stack.

You will build a scalable demand engine, allocate spend, and drive the creator side of our marketplace with rigor. This leadership role shapes a new growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing with real budgets
• Led a team of elite marketers reporting to you directly
• Worked with creators: sponsorships, partnerships, UGC, or influencer programs
• Managed paid social hands-on (Meta at minimum; LinkedIn, Reddit, or search a plus)
• Analytical: build the report, frame decisions for leadership
• Entrepreneurial: treat budget like your own
• Creative without ego: test new formats and drop non-performers
• B2B or marketplace experience is a plus; perspective on AEO
• Fluent with AI tools in daily work

Responsibilities

• Build the demand engine: ABM, Meta, Search, paid LinkedIn, creator strategy, inbound/outbound motion
• Make creator media a core performance channel and allocate budget with data
• Run Agentio’s own campaigns and provide product insights
• Own AEO and how Agentio shows up in answers from ChatGPT or Google
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets, track performance and report clearly
• Measure with one stack: CAC, signup cost, pipeline per dollar, payback
• Provide weekly leadership updates with decision rules on scaling or cutting
• Own repeatable B2B pipeline across ABM, paid channels, and inbound
