• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 12+ years of corporate legal experience in sophisticated environments.
• Experience with SEC reporting, disclosure, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and disclosure for a public company (10-K/10-Q, 8-K).
• Advise on corporate governance, Board matters, and shareholder communications.
• Partner with Finance, IR, Tax, HR, and Treasury on governance and disclosure.
• Supervise subsidiary governance and corporate transactions as needed.
