Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Director of Construction to supervise and optimize all aspects of our construction portfolio, including planning, execution, and cost management across wind, solar, and storage projects. The role emphasizes ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with third-party contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of construction leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Strong communication across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans for third-party construction and seek executive approval.
• Supervise and coordinate multiple construction projects to meet budgets and timelines.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and vendor invoices; report to VP Construction.
• Coordinate with design teams on long-lead materials and alternatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for executive leadership.
