Job summary

Clearway Energy Group seeks a Director, Construction to oversee construction management, planning, scheduling and cost control for wind, solar and BESS projects. You will lead third‑party contractors, coordinate with design teams, and ensure timely approvals and budget adherence across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, tracking milestones, reporting to the VP of Construction, and ensuring compliance with contracts and permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience required.
• Experience supervising and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction management, planning and scheduling, and cost management.
• Develop project execution plans for third party construction and approvals.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors and internal resources to meet timelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports to the Vice President of Construction.
• Manage budgets, contracts, change orders and invoices for multiple projects.

Skills

15+ years construction experience

Experience with wind energy / PV & BSS

Ability to manage multiple concurrent

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Equivalent combination of education and experience
