Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Connected Commerce Client Solution leader to bridge client challenges with Acosta’s omnichannel commerce solutions. You’ll advise during GTM cycles, drive value-based selling, and orchestrate pilots with PoV/ROI assessments for executive stakeholders.

You will scoping requirements, coordinating delivery SMEs, and delivering tailored demonstrations that prove financial and operational impact, while refining the GTM playbook for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing or related field.
• 10–15+ years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or ecommerce strategy role.
• Deep knowledge of modern commerce: RMNs, digital shelf analytics, shopper marketing.
• Proven cross-functional leadership to marshal resources and SMEs.
• Track record of ROI modeling and business-case development.
• Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple pilots and active sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery to uncover client pain points, objectives, and bottlenecks.
• Audit needs across Digital Shelf, eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, and Retail Media domains.
• Translate requirements into connected commerce solution architectures.
• Own technical/solutions architecture components of RFPs, pitches and proposals; coordinate SMEs.
• Design short-form pilots and develop data-driven PoVs and ROI assessments.
• Present value realization metrics to client leadership and quantify impact.
