Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Computer Vision to lead the technical vision and engineering execution for our platform. You will guide foundational AI infrastructure, scalable MLOps, and performance-driven delivery across edge and cloud environments.

You will manage a distributed organization of 50–100 engineers, shape recruitment, mentoring, and execution strategies, and partner with product to translate complex customer needs into robust technical roadmaps.

Formación

• 10+ years leadership in computer vision teams building enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on CV/ML experience and strong architectural vision for AI infra.
• Ability to define metrics and roadmaps for large-scale impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical vision and strategy for a unified CV platform across geographies.
• Drive end-to-end MLOps, scalable training, deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor senior engineers, recruit and develop top talent globally.
• Translate product needs into robust technical specs and milestones.
• Balance build-vs-buy decisions with risk management in AI systems.
