Motorola Solutions seeks a Director of Computer Vision to lead the platform's technical vision and engineering execution. You will drive foundational CV research, architecture, and scalable AI infrastructure across global teams to deliver next-generation visual intelligence solutions aligned with product strategy.

You will manage 50–100 engineers/researchers, shape talent strategy, and own end-to-end MLOps, from training to deployment and monitoring in edge and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of leadership in computer vision.
• Hands-on CV/ML experience, 5+ years building or researching CV models.
• Experience leading 50–100 person distributed teams.
• Track record in AI infrastructure and MLOps.
• Ability to define long-term technical vision and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Define long-term research agenda for foundational CV capabilities.
• Provide executive technical leadership for CV platform architecture and roadmap.
• Scale a unified global CV R&D and engineering organization.
• Own end-to-end MLOps lifecycle for CV models and AI infrastructure.
• Define engineering metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Assess and mitigate technical risks and build-versus-buy decisions.
