Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Director of Computer Vision to lead the platform's technical vision and execution, driving foundational research, architecture, and MLOps for scalable visual intelligence across edge and cloud environments.

You will manage 50–100 engineers, shape long-term strategy, mentor talent, and partner with product teams to translate complex customer needs into executable roadmaps in safety-focused domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical leadership experience leading computer vision teams and organizations.
• Deep expertise in computer vision, ML algorithms, and MLOps lifecycle.
• Experience defining long-term technical vision and roadmaps for large platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead architecture decisions and align with product strategy.
• Scale and mentor distributed teams across geographies.
• Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle including deployment and monitoring.
