Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive workflow standardization, and partner with executives to align initiatives with corporate strategy.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC preferred. Remote work with periodic on-site as needed, and strong collaboration with producers and operations teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing models and workload distribution for capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and systems.
