Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support strategic M&A integration across the firm.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Remote work is available with some onsite in key markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency
• Expertise in EPIC, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives with regional leadership
• Standardize workflows and optimize processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Support M&A integration and transition planning
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling
