Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director of Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and drive workflow standardization across the brokerage. The role partners with divisional leaders to optimize performance, support M&A integration, and deliver exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has a P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years in a similar leadership role within a large agency. A fully remote arrangement is preferred, with occasional hybrid onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
