Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national commercial lines operations, drive workflow standardization, and advance strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement sustainable improvements.
• Plan workforce needs and capacity to support growth.
• Coordinate with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Serve as national SME on Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows.
• Support M&A integration with operational assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and operations to drive engagement and accountability.
• Promote EPIC and other tech tools to improve performance.
• Analyze metrics and BI to guide decision making.
• Lead change initiatives across the organization.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in the field.
• Champion IOA values in all engagements.
