Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in a large insurance brokerage or agency, holds an active P&C license, and preferably CPCU or CIC.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Lines operations strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable workflow improvements.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity management.
• Support M&A integration and operational alignment.
• Promote adoption of standard operating procedures and best practices.
