Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national efforts in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation (or equivalent), and 5–7+ years of leadership in large brokerages.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and consistency.
• Support M&A integration activities through operational assessments and planning.
