Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with Divisional and Regional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive growth while delivering exceptional client service.

Fully remote with Central Time Zone working hours; onsite in hybrid scenarios may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Experience with root cause analysis and sustainable improvements.
• Strong workforce planning and capacity management.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred.

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to strengthen operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency.
• Establish standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing, workload distribution, and service demand for capacity planning.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
• Drive change leadership and professional development across teams.
