Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty operations and agency practices. The role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions and operational integration initiatives.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead workflow standardization across the organization.
• Drive process improvements and capacity planning.
