Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional and regional leaders to standardize workflows, drive process improvements, support growth, and advise producers, account teams, and leaders for superior client service.

This fully remote role may require occasional on-site work within policy constraints; Central Time hours preferred;

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and process improvements.
• Lead capacity planning and workforce optimization.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leaders to improve client service.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools.
