Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to drive standardization, improve efficiency, and scale operations while delivering outstanding client service.

The role emphasizes M&A integration, workflow optimization, and performance analytics, with remote/hybrid flexibility in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Proven expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Standardize workflows and improve efficiency across the organization.
• Lead capacity planning and workforce modeling.
• Support M&A integration with operational readiness and alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on EPIC workflows and technology.
