Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to advance objectives, optimize operations, and strengthen performance across the organization.

The role focuses on workflow standardization, workforce planning, and strategic advisory to producers and operational leaders.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
