Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership peers.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization to boost productivity and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive sustainable improvements.
• Analyze staffing, capacity, and service demands to support growth.
