Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, standardize workflows, and optimize performance across the organization. The role requires a valid Property & Casualty license, 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, and strong experience with agency operations and process improvements.

EPIC familiarity is highly preferred. Fully remote work is preferred with Central Time Zone hours; some hybrid onsite may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Strong workforce planning and capacity management experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
