Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines who will serve as national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and scale operations.

Fully remote with preferred Central Time Zone, occasional on-site in hybrid needs per policy. Requires active P&C license and CPCU/CIC; 5–7+ years leadership; EPIC experience.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and service quality.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align Managed Services resources with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance as a national Commercial P&C SME.
• Support M&A integration through assessment and planning.
• Collaborate with producers and operations for implementation.
• Promote EPIC utilization and other tech to improve performance.
• Drive change leadership and adoption of new processes.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and IOA values.
