Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. The role emphasizes operational excellence, standardization, and strategic advisory support for producers and leaders.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive process improvements, workforce planning, and M&A integration efforts, leveraging EPIC and related platforms to optimize performance and deliver exceptional client service while maximizing

Qualifications

Active P&C license required.
CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
