Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and strategic initiatives across the organization, partnering with leadership to enhance service delivery and profitability.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, M&A integration support, and change leadership, with remote work flexibility and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management experience.
• M&A integration and operational integration experience.
• Applied EPIC experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.

• Systems & Technology: optimize EPIC, workflows, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
• Performance Analysis: use metrics and BI to identify improvements.
