Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines. Fully remote work is preferred with Central Time Zone hours; however, hybrid onsite may be required for candidates near branch locations within 50 miles.

The role leads national Commercial P&C operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and growth across the organization. Ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations are strongly preferred; EPIC experience is

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with M&A integration and process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leaders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
