Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with divisional and regional leaders to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and scale operations for stronger client service and shareholder value.

The ideal candidate will have a P&C license with CPCU/CIC designation, 5–7+ years in a leading commercial lines role, and experience with M&A integration, change leadership, and

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience leading workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth and excellence.
