Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive process improvements, and align resources with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates hold an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage. Remote work is preferred within Central Time constraints with occasional on-site needs as required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Drive workforce planning and capacity modeling to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, workflows, and reporting tools.
