Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, standardize workflows, and drive performance across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership to optimize servicing models and support growth of Commercial P&C operations.

The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C licensure, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Fully remote with Central Time Zone hours; on-site may be required occasionally per policy.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional and regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
