Job summary
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations with a preference for remote work aligned to Central Time hours. You will drive workflow standardization, optimization, and strategic initiatives including M&A integration, partnering with leadership and producers to deliver exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC preferred; EPIC
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
- Active Property & Casualty license and CPCU/CIC strongly preferred.
- Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
- Proven ability to lead in a highly matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
- Improve workflows, capacity planning, and workforce modeling.
- Lead M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with producers and operations to drive performance.
- Promote EPIC and technology optimization across the operation.
