Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership.
- Active P&C license and CPCU/CIC strongly preferred.
- Experience with large brokerage/agency environments.
- Ability to lead workflow standardization and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives.
- Identify and implement scalable workflow solutions.
- Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Analyze staffing, capacity, and service demands for growth.
- Support M&A integration and operating model evolution.
