Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national initiatives in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. This role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, drive process improvements, and support growth and M&A integration across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflow optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with divisional and regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
