Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in credit underwriting and commercial operations.
• 5+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial underwriting for existing customers and annual reviews.
• Lead commercial risk management strategy and risk framework development.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve dealer satisfaction and leverage AI in credit review and collections.
• Develop DRM workflow in Salesforce to enhance dealer risk oversight and action.
• Collaborate with Risk and Legal to update policies and procedures.
