CVS Health Digital seeks a Lead Director - Digital Engineering to own strategy, modernization, and delivery of customer identity platforms across Health100, Caremark, Specialty, Retail and digital experiences. You will lead engineering managers, collaborate with Product and Security, and drive scalable identity solutions at enterprise scale.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in software/ platform engineering with CIAM, 7+ years in leadership, and a track record of delivering secure, available

Qualifications

10+ years in software/ platform engineering or CIAM
7+ years people leadership incl. managers
5+ years cloud-native transformation, API-first architectures
Experience managing budgets & vendor partnerships

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-team engineering organization for authentication services, profile management, identity integrations, and platform operations
Drive evolution to a scalable, cloud-native, API-first architecture with secure customer experiences
Oversee modernization, product delivery, platform availability, and security
Build high-performing teams and drive business outcomes at scale
Engage with Business, Product and Technology partners to support the delivery roadmap
