4over is seeking a Client Success Manager in the United States (Columbus, OH) to lead the Client Success organization, align with Sales, and drive customer-centric growth across assigned portfolios. The role focuses on retention, relationship development, and revenue expansion while building a commercially minded team.

The ideal candidate will manage client health, establish KPIs, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic account growth.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a client success or account management team.
• Proven ability to drive retention and revenue through relationship management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the Client Success team.
• Establish KPIs and reporting around customer health, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
• Develop and execute client success strategy and operating model.
• Maintain executive-level relationships and drive strategic account plans.
