Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Client Manager in Columbus to lead client engagement and retention, driving loyalty and referrals. You will manage a team to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

This full-time role offers a six-figure income with base salary plus monthly car allowance, commissions, and quarterly bonuses, with an OTE of $100k+. Travel to client locations is required in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client retention or service roles delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong relationship building and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, adaptable and ready to suggest improvements.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred; service industry experience valued.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel daily to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client engagement and retention initiatives to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Negotiate agreements and ensure service quality across accounts.
• Coordinate staffing and contracts; supervise Night Managers and ensure execution of service strategies.
• Manage inspections, procure supplies, and maintain client documentation.
• Support invoice collection and contractor payments while maintaining schedules.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
