Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic Client Services Director to drive account management strategies, client retention, and revenue growth for jumbo clients requiring dedicated staff and complex service models.

You will partner with operations, IT, and business development to remove barriers, deliver strategic solutions, and support successful renewals across a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; includes two years as account manager or five years adjuster with supervisory capacity.
• Liability and Workers’ Compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides stewardship reporting to clients, identifying issues and trends.
• Performs pre-renewal reviews and addresses potential dissatisfaction prior to renewal.
• Executes renewal, contract revision, and service instruction for complex programs.
• Negotiates changes or improvements to service plans.
• Coordinates invoicing, audits and AR follow-up for assigned clients.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and supports renewals.
• Supervises staff handling multi-account programs.
• Ensures compliance with Quality initiatives.
